Toy screws, model screws and earphone screws share a demanding set of requirements: high strength, small dimensions, eco-friendly (ROHS-compliant) finishes, corrosion resistance, and — because they are used in huge quantities — installation that must be quick and convenient.

Toy screws. Screw fastening is the most widely used joining method because it is simple to control and structurally reliable. Toy applications demand consistent quality at volume.

model screws. Models must survive drops and prolonged use under substantial loads, so they generally use high-strength miniature screws.

Earphone screws. Requirements are especially strict: the material must be durable, and because the screw stays in long-term human contact and the product itself is high value, specifications are exacting. We have developed a proprietary “anti-strip” screw system with high thread adhesion and eco-friendly plating to meet this need.
