Inner ring L-type wrench with hole
Material: stainless steel 304316, grade 8.8 high strength and grade 12.9 high strength
It can also support non-standard customization.
The Torx hole L-shaped wrench centers on the "L-shaped structure + Torx hole design", balancing spatial adaptability and torque transmission reliability. Its overall shape is L-shaped, with the length of the short side being only 1/3 to 1/2 of the long side, allowing it to easily reach into narrow spaces such as deep cavities and corners of equipment. For example, for Torx bolts inside an automobile gearbox—surrounded by gears and pipelines—conventional straight-handle wrenches cannot reach in, while the short side of the L-shaped wrench can accurately extend into the deep cavity, and the long side provides a sufficient force application point outside, enabling efficient disassembly of the bolts.
The Torx socket on the wrench head fits perfectly with the bolt head, with a contact area more than 1.5 times that of ordinary hexagon socket wrenches, effectively avoiding "cam-out" (slippage) that damages the bolt. The "hole design" is specifically created for Torx bolts with locating pins: the head of some high-end equipment’s Torx bolts is equipped with a locating hole, which requires locking via a locating pin to rotate. The holed wrench can match the locating pin through the hole, preventing the wrench from slipping during operation. Especially in high-frequency vibration assembly scenarios such as aerospace and precision instruments, it can ensure stable torque transmission and avoid assembly deviations caused by vibration. In terms of material, such wrenches are mostly made of chrome-vanadium steel (CR-V) or S2 tool steel. After integral quenching, their hardness can reach HRC52-58, with strong impact resistance, and they are not easy to deform even when force is applied in narrow spaces for a long time.
The anti-theft wrench is a "special protective tool" in the security field, with its core function being "preventing unauthorized disassembly" through a special socket design to achieve "tool-specific use". The socket shape on its head is not a universal specification, but adopts triangular, square, Y-shaped, or customized special-shaped structures, which can only match anti-theft bolts with corresponding tooth profiles—ordinary wrenches cannot be inserted for operation. For example, if ordinary bolts are used for the shell bolts of outdoor distribution boxes or the fixing bolts of highway guardrails, they are prone to malicious disassembly, leading to equipment damage or potential safety hazards. When used with an anti-theft wrench, unauthorized personnel cannot operate the bolts without the corresponding tool, effectively ensuring the safety of public facilities and equipment.
Some high-end anti-theft wrenches are also integrated with a "one-way locking" function, meaning they can only tighten the bolts clockwise; when rotating counterclockwise, the internal latch is triggered to lock, completely eliminating the possibility of disassembly. This is suitable for civilian equipment that requires tamper-proofing, such as gas meters and water meters. In addition, the handle of the anti-theft wrench is mostly wrapped in non-slip rubber, providing high grip comfort and enabling stable operation even in humid or oily outdoor environments. The head undergoes chrome-plating anti-rust treatment, which can resist wind and rain erosion and extend the service life.
